There are many residential developments already approved, under construction or recently completed within Our Neighbourhood, and the following table lists the significant sites that have been approved, have started construction or have been completed since the establishment of the Neighbourhood Planning Forum in 2014. It is noteworthy that, throughout Our Neighbourhood, there are student accommodation developments on land that would otherwise have been suitable for ‘normal’ residential development e.g. County Hospital, Chapel Heights, Kepier Court, Berendsen’s Laundry.
