The legislation requires other documents to be provided when a Neighbourhood Plan is finally submitted at the Regulation 16 stage of the process. These include:
- a basic conditions statement – demonstrating the Plan meets the legal requirements
- a consultation statement – showing the consultation and engagement activities that were undertaken while producing the Plan
We are only at the Regulation 14 stage, i.e. this consultation. However, we include below the draft statements for openness of process.
